About the 09/09/09 Festival - The Free Indie Film FestGetting involvedWhether you're a film maker, an artist (music or hand created) or whatever, you can become involved in the Festival. Simply join a local crew and get your film made. The films all require one feature, some sort of reference to the numbers 090909 or code 09/09/09 to commemorate the event.We're not asking for you to make a film revolving around the numbers 09/09/09. Just a reference somewhere, no matter how significant or insignificant we just want you to show us you remember to place it somewhere, somehow...The idea is that although the films will be made "Guerrilla" style, they will all be professionally created. We're not asking for aspiring film makers to assemble crews of hundreds, but appointing people to take up roles such as D.O.P.'s (Directors of Photography), Director, Writers, producers, ADs, Editors etc. Approach the project like you're making a film for a significant audience.
